Delphi shows support for independent garages through sponsorship of Servicesure Conference and Awards

Delphi is reinforcing its commitment to supporting independent workshops and garages through its sponsorship of the Servicesure Conference and Awards 2026, taking place on 26th March at the Concorde Conference Centre in Manchester.

Bringing together members of the nationwide Servicesure network of independent garages, the event will combine a daytime conference and trade show with an evening awards ceremony and gala dinner, celebrating excellence, innovation and professionalism across the UK garage sector.

As a key supplier partner, Delphi will be present at the event to engage with garage owners and technicians, showcasing the latest developments across its product portfolio, diagnostics solutions and training programmes.

Supporting the aftermarket through technical training and education remains a core focus for Delphi. Through the Delphi Training Academy, the brand delivers a wide range of hands-on and online training courses covering everything from braking and steering systems to diagnostics and emerging vehicle technologies.

Delphi is also strengthening its support for Servicesure members through a range of tailored initiatives. This includes offering free braking training to Servicesure garages, enabling them to become Delphi Approved Braking Centres – a status that brings additional commercial and technical benefits. Alongside this, Delphi has introduced reduced training prices for Servicesure members across its wider course offering, helping garages continue to upskill in line with evolving vehicle technologies.

The brand also works with Servicesure members to highlight the importance of correct brake fitment and best practice. Combined with Delphi’s no quibble warranty, this gives workshops added confidence that they can fit components correctly, minimise comebacks and deliver reliable, consistent performance to their customers.

In addition, Delphi will launch a new Servicesure Rewards programme, allowing member garages to earn points based on spend. These points can be redeemed for a range of authentic garage merchandise, providing an added incentive for engagement and loyalty.

By working closely with networks such as Servicesure, Delphi aims to ensure that independent garages have the knowledge, tools and confidence needed to service the latest vehicles safely and efficiently.

Aliya Lam, UK Country Director at Delphi, commented: “Independent garages are the backbone of the sector, so events like the Servicesure Conference and Awards are incredibly important for bringing the industry together. It’s a great opportunity for us to engage directly with technicians, share technical insight and highlight the importance of quality when it comes to safety-critical components like brakes.

“Supporting our customers goes beyond supplying parts. Through our training, technical support and initiatives like our Approved Braking Centre programme, we’re helping garages build confidence, reduce returns and deliver the highest standards of safety and service.”

The Servicesure Awards recognises standout performance across the network, highlighting garages that demonstrate exceptional customer service, innovation and professionalism.
