ZF Aftermarket launches free Google booking integration

ZF Aftermarket has introduced a new “Reserve with Google” feature for users of its ZF [pro]Manager software, allowing workshops to offer instant online bookings. This integration enables customers searching for local garages on Google Search or Maps to book appointments directly, without needing to download an app or fill out lengthy forms.

This tool aims to level the digital playing field for independent workshops by providing them with a simple, ready-made solution to meet modern customer expectations. According to the 2025 DAT Report, 51% of drivers prefer to book service or repair appointments online.

Workshop owners have complete control over the service. They can decide which services are available for online booking, define time slots, and choose between direct confirmations or appointment requests. The system provides a live synchronisation with the workshop’s calendar and takes only minutes to set up.

Benoit Dessart, Head of Digital Solutions at ZF Aftermarket, said: “This integration is a game-changer for workshops looking to modernize their customer experience. It delivers the convenience today’s drivers expect, while making implementation simple and flexible for workshop operators.”

The integration is available at no extra charge to existing ZF [pro]Manager users and is now live in the UK, Germany, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, and Nordic countries.
