Schaeffler releases 2025 performance data and technical support figures

Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions has released data regarding its 2025 operations, highlighting its reach across the UK aftermarket. The company’s REPXPERT loyalty scheme saw members redeem 30 million bonus points, with more than 2,000 rewards delivered and an average of 200 new members joining monthly.

In terms of technical support, Schaeffler’s helpline handled over 20,000 calls. The company conducted visits to 250 garages nationwide and delivered IMI-standard training to 4,000 technicians. Educational outreach continued through the “Wrenches & Wisdom” programme, which provided training on double clutch systems and belt installations to 200 students and apprentices.

The company also reported its digital engagement figures, with its Facebook presence generating six million impressions and two million video views. During 2025, Schaeffler attended 18 trade shows and completed its “Millionaire Makeover” project for the garage ‘Womanic’.

Marketing Manager, Jeff Earl, commented:

“2025 proved to be a very busy and successful year for us, and 2026 is shaping up to be even busier. We have a lot planned that will support technicians in their day to day work and help garage owners develop their businesses. It’s set to be another fantastic year for Schaeffler.”
