Ring partners with TyreSafe for annual Tyre Safety Month campaign

Premium quality automotive accessory specialist, Ring, is once again supporting TyreSafe, the UK’s leading authority on tyre safety, with its campaign for Tyre Safety Month in October.

Ring has been a long-standing supporter of TyreSafe, previously assisting at events alongside the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue service to conduct tyre pressure and tread depth checks with its specialist equipment. For this year’s campaign, Ring is supporting TyreSafe’s ‘Under Pressure’ initiative, which highlights how daily stresses can lead drivers to neglect essential tyre maintenance.

Ring has introduced a more affordable range of tyre inflators this year, all with an RRP under £30: the TYREInflate 10 (RAC611) with an analogue display, the TYREInflate 20 (RAC612) with a digital display, and the compact, cordless TYREInflate GO 10 (RTC1600). The TYREInflate 20 recently won Auto Express’s Best Buy award, scoring five out of five stars.

For a premium option, Ring’s cordless tyre inflator (RTC4000) can easily inflate four tyres, each by more than 10 psi, and can inflate a tyre from flat. Additionally, Ring’s RTG4 Digital Keyring Tyre Pressure Gauge recently won Auto Express’s ‘Best Buy’ 2024 award, scoring five out of five stars. The gauge provides accurate readings in multiple units and features an integrated LED light.

Henry Bisson, Marketing Director for Ring, said: “During our partnership with TyreSafe, we have helped at multiple events checking people’s tyres, and they continue to raise our concerns, as a lot of the tyres we check have some sort of issue. Yet, this is why we need to keep beating this drum and discussing the importance of tyre safety and the potential consequences of drivers not looking after their vehicles, whether that’s lights, brakes, battery or tyres, in fact, every aspect of their car needs care and regular maintenance. TyreSafe understands just how important and safety critical tyres are, which is why we’re happy to partner with them for Tyre Safety Month again, as they continue to do incredible work in helping keep our road’s safe.”
