GSF catalogue expands to add EXEDY high performance clutches and flywheels

GSF Car Parts is excited to announce it now stocks EXEDY’s range of racing clutches and flywheels.

EXEDY is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of original equipment manual transmission and automatic transmission components, supplying leading passenger, light commercial, truck and bus manufacturers. Its involvement extends into motorsport, which dates back to the 1960s following requests from Japanese vehicle manufacturers to develop performance racing clutch kits.

GSF’s range will cover the most popular Single Series clutches suitable for street and light track use, through to Hyper Series clutches for selected high‑power applications.

The products are built using ultra‑fiber, cerametallic and carbon friction materials, components typically reserved for high-end motorsport. These deliver exceptional heat resistance and long-lasting durability under extreme load.

EXEDY Racing clutches are also 20-30% lighter than OE, meaning they can spin quicker, deliver sharper throttle response and make every gear change feel noticeably faster.

Power is kept under control thanks to advanced pressure plate design, which means clamp loads are increased by up to 40%, preventing slippage in high-torque applications.

EXEDY is the original equipment supplier to various Japanese sports car brands. Popular applications include Honda Civic Type R (2001 – 2011), Mazda MX-5, Toyota MR2 (1999 – 2007), Toyota 86 (2012 – 2021) and Toyota GR Yaris (2020 – Present).

Trade customers can also take advantage of a limited-time promotion, with a free technician’s overall included with every EXEDY Sports clutch purchased. The giveaway is available while stocks last.
