GS Yuasa reports positive trade response to new website launch

One month after the launch of GS Yuasa’s new pan-European website, trade users are reporting improved workflows and faster access to technical data. The platform centralises battery lookup tools, the GS Yuasa Academy, safety information, and distributor locators into a single hub.

Technicians have credited the enhanced search functionality with reducing fitting errors and diagnosis time. Michael Lee from AV Taylor stated:

“The new GS Yuasa website has easily saved us several hours a week. The lookup is faster, the fitting instructions are clearer and the warning messages help us avoid making mistakes. Personally, I think it’s been a huge success.”

For the industrial and standby power sectors, the integration of the ISY calculator and expanded product documentation has assisted engineers in site planning. Stuart Insch from Kohler Uninterruptible Power commented:

“It used to take time to pull all the documents together when scoping a job. Now, the data sheets, calculations and product information are all accessible instantly.”

The integration of training options has led to an increase in module completions. James Douglas, European Group Marketing Manager at GS Yuasa Battery Europe Ltd, noted:

“The early feedback shows it is already delivering real value, in saved time, reduced errors, improved training and greater confidence at every stage of battery selection and installation.”

The website aims to support trade professionals through reliable data and documentation, simplifying administration and aftersales support across the battery industry.
