GS Yuasa introduces dedicated Trade Zone for battery professionals

GS Yuasa has launched the Trade Zone, a centralised digital space for trade users of the GS, Yuasa, and GS Yuasa brands. The platform is designed to streamline product selection and technical support for workshops and distributors.

To continue using the manufacturer’s trade battery lookup tools, users must now register for a free Trade Zone account. This registration provides access to:

  • Unlimited vehicle lookups: Identifying batteries for a wider range of vehicle types.
  • Fitting data: Accessing specific battery locations and estimated fitting times.
  • Technical instructions: Following detailed fitting guides tailored to the selected vehicle.

The manufacturer states that these tools have been updated to offer a better user experience and more granular information. Regarding data security, GS Yuasa clarified:

“The Trade Zone is not used to monitor or access individual or business account activity, track which tools are used, or collect data for sales targeting or account analysis. Registration exists solely to provide access to the tools and resources available.”

The Trade Zone aims to consolidate technical resources in one location to assist with faster decision-making. Access remains free of charge for all trade professionals. Future updates to the platform are expected to include additional features and technical content. Users can sign up and explore the new features at batterylookup.gs-yuasa.eu.
