Arnott has introduced new suspension components to its European portfolio, targeting common failure points in BMW and Tesla vehicles. The April 2026 release focuses on providing workshops with alternatives to original equipment for high-end air suspension systems.
The new C-5689 Rear Coil Conversion Kit is designed for the 2013-2018 BMW X5 (F15/F85) and 2014-2019 BMW X6 (F16/F86) equipped with Variable Damper Control (VDC), excluding hybrids. This kit replaces the factory air suspension with steel coil springs and matched components. Arnott notes:
“This solution removes common air suspension failure points while maintaining proper ride height and comfort.”
By eliminating compressors, air lines, and air springs, the system reduces long-term maintenance complexity while maintaining a consistent ride height.
Additionally, Arnott has launched the P-3484 Air Suspension Compressor for the 2015-2021 Tesla Model S (5YJS) and 2016-2019 Model X (5YJX). This unit is engineered to restore air delivery for ride height adjustments and suspension operation. Key features include a direct-fit design and performance intended to meet or exceed original specifications.
Workshops can access fitment details and technical specifications via the Arnott online catalogue. The manufacturer stated that these parts are “engineered for precise fitment, long-term durability and consistent performance,” ensuring reliable system restoration.
